ROC Successfully Delivers Two Sets of LNG Tanks to Overseas Customer
Recently, ROC successfully delivered two sets of LNG stainless steel low-temperature liquid tanks to the overseas customer. This marks the second delivery for the same project, following the first delivery of two sets last year, fully demonstrating the company’s sustained delivery capability and international market recognition in the field of high-end clean energy storage and transportation equipment.

These tanks will be installed on a 1,822 FEU (Twenty-Foot Equivalent Unit) container vessel to provide clean fuel storage for the vessel. The design and construction strictly adhere to international regulations such as ASME and USCG, with 304 stainless steel as the material of choice, and the tanks are classed by ABS. Each tank has a diameter of 11.8 meters, a total length of 22.5 meters, a designed capacity of 2,245 cubic meters, a minimum design temperature of -163°C, and a design pressure of 3.0 bar, capable of operating under extreme conditions requiring low temperature and high pressure.
From material cutting, tank forming, and welding inspection to insulation installation, pressure testing, and tightness testing, ROC implemented rigorous quality control throughout the entire process, ensuring zero-defect delivery and earning the customer’s high trust and continued cooperation.
